O.K., I know it's been a pretty long time since my last post. In that amount of time, I was supposed to go back to the Paint Shop, well, I did, for 1 day, then was informed I would return the next week to Trim. The reason I was going back to Paint was because the company was going to bring tag relief back, well, they canceled it, indefinitely. So, I am stuck in the trim shop. The job that I am doing is the same one I originally started on, with a few changes and an addition, so I am not complaining too much; although, I'd rather be in Paint.
Concerning the Title of this post. We really only have a 2 week vacation, but, because of 30% fewer sales of the big suv's, we have a 7 week layoff period, time to get lots of work done at home. Well, that is all I have this time.

Correction
I have a slight correction to the last entry. It seems as the job I had been given was taken away from me by the individual who had it before I was given it. This individual for whatever reason always throws a B I G fit whenever he has to do another job instead of the one he would rather do. Oh Well, I guess some people are like that; it can't be helped. But, I was told that I am an extra. This means I do jobs that the regular operator is not in attendance to do on a particular day. Well as an extra, and not knowing any of the jobs, I only have to do half of a job, and I have to be shown how to do that half of the job; So, I can't complain. I do have alot better Boss than I did the last time I was dragged into the trim shop. Oh I just LOVE my job, yeah right! such is auto production.

I'm here again! Dragged back into the Trim shop. I have to say I am on a better job than I was last time I was in trim. I am not using any tools to shoot any screws or bolts yet. The job is an unclassified job so I guess there is always room for the company to add elements to it; so I will just have to wait and see. Well, this is a short one for now. Later.
